Golf Holidays Direct (GHD) is an award-winning golf travel specialist that organises golf holidays and breaks globally.
Whilst GHD was already receiving thousands of visitors a month their bounce rate was very high and customer engagement low.
Boss SEO suggested that enhancing their home page, the page receiving the most traffic would be the catalyst that improves user engagement and lead acquisition. GHDs goal was to attract customers that wanted to book golf holidays through a user-friendly search tool and by promoting special vacation packages.
Boss SEO expressed that a change in branding would make an impact. Our goal was to change the colour palette to something more attractive and less muted to generate some excitement around the page.
Our team implemented a racing red colour scheme, an efficient search bar and rearranged multiple menu items to display further down as featured items. Along with these changes, Boss SEO implemented a comprehensive SEO overhaul, optimising the home page content and broadening the scope to rank for important keywords.
